A variety of flavor experiences awaits you at any one of our eight restaurants and bars. The Lounge: A lively gathering-point in the heart of the hotel, perfect for a casual meeting or afternoon tea. The Lounge is open for light fare, 24 hours a day.

The Chocolate Gallery: Watch our chocolatiers preparing homemade candies and pralines in our "atelier," while taking a break in the café-style setting. Chic, contemporary design sets the tone for the boutique's outdoor terrace.

Elements: Choose from extensive and refined buffet selections for breakfast and lunch, including international and Arabic specialties. The restaurant turns into an open kitchen, live-cooking theater at night, offering an à la carte menu of Asian, Arabic and European signature dishes. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating on a spacious and comfortable terrace, overlooking landscaped grounds.

Frankie's: Created by Frankie Dettori and Marco Pierre White, this Italian restaurant and bar concept epitomizes a casual and fun, yet sophisticated, dining experience, with live entertainment in the evening. Open-air seating is available in the courtyard. Grill Restaurant: Combining relaxed dining and a contemporary setting, the upscale steakhouse cuisine of the Grill Restaurant includes the best cuts and meats, accompanied by a walk-in wine room with one of the largest international wine selections in Abu Dhabi.

Chameleon: This fashionable and chic setting-the place to see and be seen- offers both a Champagne and a cocktail bar. Poolside: As part of a casual poolside experience, this grill offers gourmet burgers and a comfortable lounge area-perfect for groups of friends and relaxed family dining.

Lebanese Restaurant and Lounge (opening 2010): This inspired setting features cuisine authentic to the region-from mezze to kebabs to tapas-style dishes-while offering both indoor and alfresco dining options. Inside, guests will relish in a rich, purely refined atmosphere. A step outside reveals a charming open lounge, accented by relaxed seating, pendant lighting, and surrounding water and garden vistas-as well as a contemporary, DJ-enhanced ambience.

SPA AND FITNESS

Willow Stream Spa (opening late 2009) Offering therapies designed to pamper, relax and rejuvenate, Willow Stream Spa is the ultimate escape. Our 2,500-square-meter (26,900-square-foot), state-of-the-art facility includes men's and women's treatment and facial rooms, as well as salons and spa pools.

Fitness facilities
The hotel also boasts a fitness center- including a women's-only gym-featuring the latest Technogym equipment. Also onsite are two swimming pools and a tennis court.
